The organization has defined the scope of the EHSMS considering: The organization’s context, physical boundaries, its activities, products and services, its authority and ability to exercise control and influence and work-related activities planned or performed; and its legal and other applicable requirements evaluated in accordance with what is described within this manual, remaining as follows:
MIDORI AUTO LEATHER MEXICANA S.A. DE C.V. Establishes, documents, and maintains its integrated safety, health, and environmental management system (SISSMA) based on ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 standards to prevent pollution as well as reduce safety and health risks in accordance with our scope.
MIDORI AUTO LEATHER MEXICANA’s comprehensive safety, health and environmental system is applicable to the following products for the automotive sector:
- Leather sets for seats
- Leather sets for steering wheel and lever covers.
- Plastic structure injection for lever and boot assemblies.
- Vinyl sets for boots
As well as the processes of manufacturing finishing, manufacturing cutting and manufacturing assembly which are carried out within the physical limits in PLANT 1 which is geographically located in the Logistics Industrial Park, recently renamed WORLD TRADE CENTER (WTC), in San Luis Potosi with the following coordinates: 22°02’18.48¨ and 100°53’24.47¨W.

The organization excludes from its scope the product design processes and the transportation of finished product as they are processes managed directly by the customer.
